Covid-19 has prompted us to re-look at our business to see how we could do better. One of the things we’ve done is to combine our customer service and helpdesk teams into one. There wasn’t enough space in the existing office so the combined team has moved into the other side of the building. You may find the layout a little different if you have visited us before as you’ll now come in a different door. The team is stoked with how well the new space (and working together) has turned out, and it has created a bright welcoming customer area.
