We’re super stoked to be winners of the More FM Customer Choice (Service) Award in the Northland Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards 2018.
Unlike the other awards, this isn’t one where you enter yourself – a member of the public needs to nominate you so it meant a lot to know that we’d even been nominated for two years in a row. And it’s pretty unusual for a broadband company to get an award for customer service that’s judged purely on customer votes, so to win again was amazing.
The Uber team is very grateful to everyone who voted for us, humbled by the awesome comments you made and encouraged by your support of a local internet provider. We will continue to keep on delivering first class broadband with a smile, in our own ewenique Uber way.
